Upgraded to Premium, but my account isn't updating 4 days later

I purchased the premium update through iTunes 4 days ago, but my account still hasn't updated. Evernote support hasn't helped, or even responded, and I'm getting very frustrated. Any idea on what I can do to get them to fix this? Thanks.

How did you try to reach support ? 

When a ticket was received, there is an automatic answer within minutes. If it does not come, check your spam folder. If it is not there neither, no ticket created.
