Scannable forgets receipts after Update

Hi I use scannable frequently and it used to work flawless but today after an update all receipts I scanned were gone. I couldn’t even find them in the recover field. Can somebody help?

You don’t say what sort of update. There is nothing new for Scannable, so it could be either IOS or EN. Which one ?

Scannable saves into the specified folder inside of EN. If so defined, it will automatically tag the notes created from Scannable. Have you activated this function in Scannable settings ? It would make finding the Scans easier.

Scannable itself holds the last Scans for 30 days in the app. But only if this function was activated in Scannable settings - did you activate it ?
