Sebastian R. 0 Posted November 8, 2021 Share Posted November 8, 2021 Hi I use scannable frequently and it used to work flawless but today after an update all receipts I scanned were gone. I couldn’t even find them in the recover field. Can somebody help? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,075 Posted November 8, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 8, 2021 You don’t say what sort of update. There is nothing new for Scannable, so it could be either IOS or EN. Which one ? Scannable saves into the specified folder inside of EN. If so defined, it will automatically tag the notes created from Scannable. Have you activated this function in Scannable settings ? It would make finding the Scans easier. Scannable itself holds the last Scans for 30 days in the app. But only if this function was activated in Scannable settings - did you activate it ?
