Save .pdf to Evernote (from print menu in Safari)

On a web page I want to print to EN, i used to just hit the print icon in Safari, then a print screen appears.  Bottom of screen is a .pdf with a drop down arrow - when hit, it gives you a list of places to either print or save the .pdf you're creating when you hit "print".

This function is not working on v. 10.24.3 on my Mac running Monterey 12.0.1

AFAIK this part of the print menu is somehow controlled in the Mac settings - watch for services, maybe in security, maybe in extensions. I am still with BigSur, so I can’t check.
