Audio notes: not performing .webm files

When I record audio notes on my mac directly from Evernote, it creates a .webm file.

And then,. when I try to play the sound with my iPhone 12 I get this error.

"Error Could not play audio"

To play the audio files you can install an adequate player (one possibility listed by @gazumped above) and export the audio file from EN for playback. If you prefer to convert them already on the Mac, you can use the „Handbrake“ app to do this job. It is old and has not he best looking interface - but it does the job.
