Assign Tasks to Anyone. Tasks can now be assigned to anyone with an email address—even if they're not an Evernote customer. They'll see the assigned task on a web page where they can mark (and unmark) them as complete without having to create an account.
..doesn't seem to work. If you use an e-mail for a contact who does not have Evernote they click the Task link and are simply directed to a Webpage to sign in or to sign up
