Setting a default Notebook or Home when logging in

Often, but not always (???), Evernote opens to a notebook I rarely use (but don't want to delete) when I first log into the Web-based app. I haven't used this particular notebook in nearly a year, so it's not like Evernote is opening to the Last Used notebook. Other times Evernote opens to Home. I can't find a setting that tells Evernote what I want it to display when I log in, so this behavior seems entirely random. Am I missing something? Is there a way to set a default notebook (I'd settle for my Daily Journal) or the Home screen on opening?

I'm running Evernote in Microsoft's Edge browser (it also does this using Firefox and Chrome) on a Windows 10 laptop. All software is completely up to date. Here's the About info for Evernote from the Release Notes:

There is no setting where to open.

Usually EN desktop / web will open the last view before closed.

If it is the web, I would try to clean the EN cache in the browser, and see if it returns.

Thanks for your quick response. At least I know I didn't miss something obvious. I'll give your suggestion a try.
