Possible to exclude a specific note from sync

I like that I can create a note on my phone and then access it later from my desktop. However, I wanted to create a note that I thought I would prefer to only have local to my phone. Is it possible to mark one particular note with something like a Do Not Sync flag? I want every other note to continue to sync, but I cannot find if there is a way to stop that on selected files?

No, all content syncs to the server, and from there to all other clients. There is no switch to take any note out of syncing.

Even the structure into which the notes are flowing is the same on all devices, the tags are the same, the shortcuts etc.

The desktop clients used to have local notebooks, only available on that computer, but they were removed with v10.
