DHNUT 0
I'm using a Mac running OS Version 11.6 Evernote version 10.22.3 When trying to permanently delete items in the trash the "Permanently delete" is greyed out, no delete option is available. Tried logging out and remove data, no luck. Is this a glitch? Anything I can do? Link to comment

DHNUT 0
Yes, they are shared, 3 other users. I am the admin/owner. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,066 Posted October 28, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted October 28, 2021 Unshare them first. If you don't, and you would delete them, they become "orphaned" notes in the other accounts. Such notes can not be deleted from an account - a long standing problem with shared notes. So first withdraw the share, then AFAIK you can delete them. Link to comment
