I changed e-mail in Apple ID and cannot sign in



I registered in Evernote with my Apple ID and used a “personal” plan. 

Recently, I changed my e-mail address in Apple ID. After this, I cannot sign in with my Apple ID on Evernote. It gives me an error message (attached).

Then, I signed up with my e-mail (the same e-mail is in Apple ID), but there is no possibility to write to technical support from it.

I write here to find the advice, how to solve the problem. 

Maybe anybody has faced similar problem or can invite technical/customer support representative to this topic.
