MAVC 1
I am using Evernote on multiple devices When using sketch on Samsung Tab S7 I sometimes accidentally zoom while writing (by touching the sketch with my hand). This causes the sketch to freeze and i can't write anymore. Can only zoom in and out. I need to save and go back into edit. Anyone had similar issues ? 1 Link to comment
lourson 1
I am testing Evernote on my new Galaxy Tab S7 and I had the exact same problem as you. The palm rejection seems pretty poor overall and in Sketch, as soon as a zoom happens, it becomes impossible to zoom out or do anything else. I haven't been able to successfully use Sketch on the tablet because of this. 1 Link to comment
DidierHoarau 2
Hi, Same problem here. I tried on a Samsung Tab S6 Lite. I tried also on a Xiaomi Pad 5. Both devices have a pen. And the problem happens very fast after a zoom or palm rejection. Link to comment
DidierHoarau 2
FYI, I've created a support ticket to report the issue. Let's hope it will be fixed. Link to comment
Shoefler 0
I have a Samsung S7+ tablet and have been having the same problem. I'd rather not have to restrict my writing style to have a floating palm to avoid any incidental zooms. I figured that I was doing something wrong and hoped it was a solved problem. A toggle within the Sketch settings to "restrict entry to S Pen" would be great to avoid this issue. Link to comment
DidierHoarau 2
Hi, I've created a ticket to the Support and they told me that they have reproduced the issue. They told me that a fix would be coming to the app at some point. They didn't give me any estimated time but hopefully will be soon. 2 Link to comment
RTweedie 0
I'm also impacted by this, how can I get updates for the support ticket? Is there a number I can look for? Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,926 Posted February 26, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted February 26, 2022 Best on mobile: App settings, tab support, last option. Send an activity log with the ticket, for better analysis. Link to comment
Jürgenft 0
Gleiches Problem mit S7+. Ticket eröffnet und ich soll Cache löschen. Hat natürlich nicht geholfen. Jetzt soll ich Evernote löschen und neu installieren. Hinhalte Taktik vom Support. Gruß Jürgen Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,926 Posted March 14, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted March 14, 2022 No German subforum, sorry. Support just moves from the least intervention level (clear cache) to the next (uninstall/reinstall). Be aware you may end up with "Wait until fixed" ... Link to comment

Standard Antwort anscheinend. Bober 1
I am shocked that the problem has not yet been fixed. I have the same issue making it impossible to handwrite notes on a tablet in Evernote. I wonder when it will be fixed. 1 Link to comment
