KateScott 0 Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 I was forced to update the app on my phone, to do so I had to update my password. Now all my notes have disappeared and there is no way to contact customer service or get help. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do?

But whatever, you entered your login data, and while doing so you most likely created a new account. On typo of the user name is enough. Now you are looking into a new, empty account, and your notes lay idle on the EN server waiting for you to come back. Log out, log in again, and when doing so make sure you use the correct user name (and password, of course, but the password will not make new accounts).
