Show whole PDF in a Note when Export the Note to PDF

I have several notes that contain only a PDF File  (from the scansnap). I want to export these Notes together as a new PDF-File.

But I see in the new PDF only that there is a PDF in the note (see attachment) not the content of the pdf. 

 

Is there a way to see the content?

Export as HTML. The export will be a folder with a HTML-file and the attachments, for example the pdf files.

Use a pdf-App that can merge pdfs, merge them.
