system logged me out of ipad app...cant log back in

Idea

when i opened the app (in Ipad) it required me to login. would only allow me to login via google (or apple) OR create a new acct.

I cannot not login my existing evernote account on the ipad app.

once I have logged in via Google, I am shown the option to continue with the new (google created) account or switch to my existing account but it will not actually allow me to switch to my existing account.

I use my ipad more often than desktop for EverNote.... can anyone help? or direct me to someone who can? I do not see any way to contact customer service.

@marly12 Probably you are on a free account.

Probably you exceed your device limit of 2 active devices.

If this is the fact, use any working client to go to your account setting, tab devices and remove so many devices that you are back to 1 device. Then your iOS client should be able to connect again.
