erin_notetaker 0
I primarily use the Desktop Evernote app. I added text to one of my notes on the web client last night. This morning, the note is completely blank on both the desktop app and the web client. How can I restore my note? I am not a premium user and cannot access the version history. Thanks. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,075 Posted September 29, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted September 29, 2021 You can give it an ultimate try on the web client. Log out, delete the browsing history and cache for Evernote.com, restart the browser, log back in. If it now shows the note as it should be, the problem was in the local data. If the note returns blank, probably note history is the only chance to recover it. Not history is running in the background on all accounts, free or subscription. You could buy a subscription for a month, and get access to note history. It will show changes made when you were in Free, and you can roll back or save a copy of an older version. Link to comment
