Hello,

I have notes that are missing on my phone that I added a few months ago. How can I synch or retrieve them?

This subforum is meant for EN Teams users. I assume you are not using Teams - because if you do, the answer may be different.

Access the Web Client at evernote.com. If you can find the note there (look into the trash as well), there may be a syncing problem with your phone. If not, I am afraid the note is gone.

Hint: If you are on the Free plan, you may have to unsync another device. The Web Client counts as a device. But it is the only way to look directly at the master copy of your data on the EN server.
