draging note from title list to another note creates a web links instead of an app link

This applies to the Mac Evernote app. When I drag a note into another note to create a link, which is something I do a LOT, the link created is a web link instead of an app link.  I don't use the web app so I have to go in and edit the link each time by copying the app link from the one note and then paste it into the link in the other note. I assume the intended default behavior is that an app link is created when working inside of the app.

I believe I am using the latest public released version of the client at the time I posted this:

You posted a similar text in Feature Requests - in general no double posting.

You can issue a support ticket to draw some attention to this issue. Personally I doubt this will initiate an action.
