I upgraded my account today to Annual Professional using iTunes, but Evernote does not recognize my account upgrade and I only have access to the free account. Now I can't access Evernote on my Mac or the web, only on my iphone--something about "too many unsyncs". Would appreciate some help from Support with this! ... Kevin Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted September 13, 2021 Level 5* Share Posted September 13, 2021 Hi. iTunes and Evernote are different companies, and payments to one don't always register with the other very quickly. Try logging out of Evernote and back in - or restarting your device(s) - to force a sync which may confirm the update. If you have any continuing issues, I'd suggest you check with iTunes to make sure the payment has been processed. Link to comment
