Customize Home Page

I am trying to figure out how to customize the home page. I just started a Personal Plan (and it shows when I go to "Upgrade" as such).  But when I click customize and drag a new widget over the button says "Upgrade to save changes".  The documentation seems to imply that I can make changes to the home page under the Personal Plan, right?

Probably your account status has not yet updated to the new status. You can see on which Plan you currently are in your account settings.

Depending on where and how you paid it can take a little to be handed over to EN.

After an upgrade it can sometimes beneficial to Sign Out, select remove data and then log back in to rebuild your account.
