Emails not being delivered

Personally I run 5 mail accounts, for different purposes, with different providers.

Last year all 5 of them suddenly were not received by EN. I needed one week and several contacts with EN support until all of them were back to work. 

I think you won’t get a solution here. Get in contact with support, the sooner the better. Mails lost were not recovered even after it returned to work for me.
