sonego 0 Posted September 2, 2021 Posted September 2, 2021 Hi everyone. So, I use Evernote on dark mode. After the last update, after displaying the "New Screen Feature" warning, I'm not being able to use the app anymore, as every time I open it, after some seconds, it displays a White Screen with a loading circle that never gets anywhere. It doesn't matter if I try to use a different network, if I close the app, restart my smartphone, reinstall the app, etc... I tried everything that could reset the app, but nothing is working, it always goes back to displaying the same loading page, and doesn't let me just use the app. Has anyone gone through the same problem? I'm using Android 10 on a Moto G7 Plus, and trying the latest release on Play Store.

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,993 Posted September 15, 2021 Level 5 Posted September 15, 2021 You are likely exceeding your devices limit. Allowed are 2 synced devices, or just 1 if you want to add another. If above, this loading screen will show. Go to your account settings and select the "devices" tab. You can unsync devices there. There is a limit on the number of unsyncs as well. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/218558068-Understanding-the-device-limit 1 1
Larancs 1 Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Thank you so much! I was having the same eternal loading problem, because I got a new phone and didn’t know I had to log out from the old device. That solved the problem for me, thanks a lot! 1
