New notes are now a two step process due to task button

I don't to be slowed down when I create a new note now that tasks are being pushed by EN

You can use Ctrl N  or you can just double click

Since the new note button is located behind the green button, it is principally a slow double-click. For a new task, it needs a mouse movement.

Takes a few days to get used to it.

On my windows system, even a fast double click seems to work properly
