Tasks aren't loading up from sidebar/widget

I have this problem for a while now, when I open the left sidebar/menu the tasks tab is loading endlessly. (attachment 1) attachment_1.thumb.png.e7df083d3caf5619a4134d4095d32327.png

Now similar thing happens with the new tasks widget - not loading. (attachment 2)

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, am I alone in this?

Tried to log out and back in yet ?

If this does not work, try this:

  1. Go to File > Sign Out [name] from the menu bar.
  2. Select the "Remove my Evernote data from this device" option, then click Sign out.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Sign back in to Evernote

Log out and in didn't work but removing my data and restarting did!

What makes me wonder here is the fact that the web client doesn’t work either. You can check in your account settings, personal settings if the v10+ is checked behind WebClient.

On the desktop maybe a full uninstall could do the job. Use an uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller for the job, and really uninstall everything.

If these tips will not do the job, I have only one more: Contact support.
