Avoiding 'home' to just go to your notes?

I've just made the mistake of updating from Evernote 8.x to 10.15. 

Is there a way of getting directly to your notes without this tedious and uneditable home screen popping up?

The Home Screen is editable (for subscribers).

On mobile you can’t avoid it.

That makes getting to my notes even slower. 

To sum things up:

Evernote 10.15 is slow to start. Takes me to a home screen I don't want. 

Laggy once one has reached one's actual notes. 

Could someone please sack the Evernote CEO?
