HOW CONTACT SUPPORT, I lost notes.

Hello,

 

Do you know how open a ticket ? I want to explain my issue and I can't find a form to explain my bug. They give me just this "link" which redirect to a FAQ : https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action

 

My issues :

I lost notes, every notes during my holidays (10 days) did not exist anymore. During this 10 days, I worked without connexion.

At home, after my holidays, they propose me to download new version of Evernotes. Since, notes are not here anymore. I'm angry.

Hi.  If you're a subscriber you should be able to contact  https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new for support - if you have problems with that, use 'account' from the drop-down options as an issue type, or use the help/ feedback link from one of the mobile apps.

It works through the page above as well - you just need to go through the FAQs down to the end of the page. Sometimes it works through opening a help document, scroll down and state it did not help you. Then support options are on the next page.

Whoever designed this has probably never used it …
