iPhone Home Screen Spacing Issues

I'm running Evernote 10.15 on my iPhone. I am having stacking/spacing issue making it impossible to read my information. Please see attached screenshot. 
I have deleted and re-installed the Evernote App, turned my phone off and back on, reset the default widgets but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Also, I have tried to send my Evernote phone log to my email so I can share it with tech support but when I click on send, it appears to be sending but it's never arrives in my gmail account.

Probably you have set the text size on your iPhone to very large.

Go to iOS settings, display & brightness, and reduce the text size.

When you use the iPhone client to send your support ticket, you can attach the activity log right away. No need to mail it somewhere.

OMG, that is exactly what my problem was. You should work for Apple Care  as they were baffled by this as well and had know idea how to fix it. Go figure. Thank you for your help PinkElepant.
