Why do my Emojis disappear from my notes?

I use a lot of emojis in  notes shared with my team & they randomly move to where they are no longer formatted correctly & when I copy the text, the emojis do not copy.  This is driving me CRAZY!  What am I doing wrong?

You should be more specific about the details of the notes flow and usage.

Emojis are partly standardized, but a major part of them is specific to just one ecosystem. Apple may use emojis not found in Windows or Android, and vice versa. When opening and editing the same notes cross platforms, it can create chaos among such non standard content.
