Galaxy S20 and Windows 10 laptop quit syncing

My free Evernote APP quit syncing my Galaxy S20 FE 5G Phone with my laptop.

I looked and some how it added a phone.

I removed it so as to be at 2 devices.

Still didn't work.

So I uninstalled Evernote then installed it from Play Store.

It now has all my Evernotes gone.

My Evernotes are all still on my laptop but still is not syncing between phone and lap top.

Please help get the sync working.

My question: How was the phone added ?

Was it your phone, or another phone ? 

If you go in the account settings to the access page, are all accesses documented coming from yourself ?
