Cant sign in bc lock screen doesn't show all the #'s

 I can NOT access my account bc the lock screen does NOT fully show up (the numbers 5 and 0 are NOT accessible). Previously been able to turn my phone to be able to enter my lock code in the "landscape" position but the past few day's I have not been able to even do that. Any ideas on what to do ?? 

also this is on an android device

On iOS we had a similar problem when the system screen size was set to large sizes. Don’t know where to change this in Android settings, but maybe give it a try.

It means the text size settings of the Android device, in general. Has nothing to do with the EN app.

Seriously thank you so much !!!! Thats exactly what the problem was and I'm now able to access my acct. ❤❤
