Have the 'Move to' icon always visible instead of only on hover

Not sure why this isn't persistent, but it would be nice if it didn't play the UX version of hide and seek.

Make it persistent and include a drop down with your notebook list populated for easy selection - like how it is in legacy.

I like this idea, but I also don't know why tags and notebooks are not together.  Why do I have to tag at the bottom then go to the top to move the note.

Tags are the main tool to organize in EN. If you work in 3 column view, the note is not very wide.

IMHO EN tried to create enough space for multiple tags by moving it down, away from the other stuff.

Do you tag only?  Or do you tag and move to notebooks?

I know some that only use notebooks, I know others that tag mostly and have few notebooks.

I'm somewhere in the middle.

Mainly tags - notebooks for very basic grouping (and later filtering ) of notes, and to set up containers for sharing.
