Change key bindings

I am a developer who uses IntelliJ Idea.  The recent update to Evernote has commandeered a key binding that I use regularly in IntelliJ - Ctrl+Alt+V (create variable).  It took me a while to realise that Evernote was capturing this and creating a note.  This was not very helpful to me.  So now I have to have Evernote closed on Windows until I need it and then remember to completely exit it when I am done.  I checked the settings and could not find a way to rebind this key combination to something less intrusive.

It should be possible to turn this feature off, or to change the key binding to something else.

All the keyboard shortcuts can be changed or disabled from the keyboard shortcut menu ( help -> keyboard shortcuts). Use teh three dots menu that appears when you hover over a shortcut.
