Cannot add the tasks widget to the Evernote Chromeos App Home Screen

I have the Personal subscription.

On my android phone I customised the home screen, I added the tasks widget and it works fine.

However on my Chromebook, there is no option to add tasks to the home screen.

I can see the tasks in a web browser.

Is there a plan to update the Chromeos app to allow the addition of the tasks widget to the home screen?
