Songweaver23 3
when exporting emails to Evernote in Spark, I got an exporting error saying that my Evernote account storage limit was exceeded. But I have a personal subscription that still has over 9G storage now. It looks like the account is treated as a basic user. Is this an issue with Spark or Evernote? Is there any way to solve this problem? Link to comment
Level 5 Solution PinkElephant 8,077 Posted July 22, 2021 Level 5 Solution Share Posted July 22, 2021 Not sure what is behind this message. If you made your „clean my inbox“ day, it may be you exceeded the daily mail limit. You can send up to 200 mails per day into one EN account. If you went beyond it, wait for the next day until it resets. I am not aware you can check this in any place. Link to comment
Songweaver23 3
Many thanks. I tried again this morning it worked fine for the first ~50 emails, then I got the same error... But after waiting a couple of hours it now works fine. It must be the daily mail limit. I'm a bit confused about the time frame but that doesn't matter, just wait further 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,077 Posted July 23, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted July 23, 2021 Don‘t think they do the timing for each time zone individually. Maybe it is midnight US west coast when they make the reset - or „high noon“. Link to comment
