Question about upgrading from Premium to Professional

My original subscription at the Legacy rate renewed in April.  Yesterday, I upgraded to the Professional and was charge the full Annual Amount.  Will the premium subscription be prorated and refunded to me?  Also, when you sign up for the Annual, is it auto-renewal or manual renewal.  Thanks.

Most definitely auto-renewal
You can check your renewal details in your account settings > subscription

"When you upgrade, you will be charged the price of the new subscription immediately and will be refunded a prorated amount for any remaining months on your previous subscription. If you’re currently on an annual plan, you will only be able to upgrade to another annual product."
