Level 5 PinkElephant 8,105 Posted July 24, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted July 24, 2021 This is a loading page. On which Plan are you ? If on Free/Basic, you probably have exceeded your device limit. Go to your account settings, tab devices and remove devices to go down to 2. If you want to add another, the count must be one before you can do it. Link to comment

I have been came across this problems as well. i have used on my phone and on mac, as well as on the web. it is not a common sense that the web using is counted as 1 device. Then perpetual loading screen appears on my phone and mac app, while the web still can be used normally. I have to say, thank you for free service. but this is a very confusing reaction. we would like to receive more clear feedback, such as: "you have reached limit of devices" rather than a error/bug like- perpetual loading. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,105 Posted August 1, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted August 1, 2021 A better message would be good, no doubt. I have send EN this as a ticket, I use a second account based on the free plan. The explanation of what the free plan is about IMHO is pretty good: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/218558068-Understanding-the-device-limit Link to comment
