Unrecognised Devices

I am very regularly bring asked to unsync devices in order to continue using the free version of Evernote but I only use it on one device and the others that are showing I don't recognise and timings for which they were last used often don't make sense.  I'm a bit worried this is a security issue.  For example often there is an iPhone in there as in the attached example...I have never owned an iPhone.

Has anyone else experienced this?  How can I stop this from happening?
