Option to allow for auto-title, or start note on title

EN used to auto-tile new notes based upon the first line of the note text. It looks like this has gone away? I also thought that we used to have the option to begin a new note in the title field?

My Request:

1. As an option, allow the ability to auto-tile a new note based upon the first line of text in the note
2. As an option, allow the user to set preference to begin a new note in the title or note body fields

I primarily use EN on Window, however, I can see where this would be a nice feature across all platforms.

Partial solution: When using the import folders to send a file into EN, attached to a new note, the file name will become the title of the note.

I'd also like this option, especially on a mobile device (Android/iOS) where I often want to type just a few words in a note title before I forget an idea while on the move.
