Upgraded to business plan and lost my notes

Hi.  As a Business user,  you have both a personal account for your own notes,  and a separate Business account for the notes you share with other users/ employees.  You may be logged into the 'wrong' account to see your notes.  You'd need to contact Support if you don't have an alternative login.

If you are the business account admin, ask support.

If you aren’t the admin, first ask your admin. There is a description of how to convert and link existing accounts into a new business account.
