Edit tags pop-up window

The title refers to the window that appears when you select to edit tags on a particular note (as distinct from when you click the Tags header in the sidebar). 

This window is an annoying size - big enough to obscure in-note text that in my case always informs the selection of multiple tags, but too small for the list of tags to be visible.  
Would it not be possible to let the user adjust the size of the window by grabbing one of its corners as with Msft Outlook and other widows?
