Selfkev2002 1
Evernote forced me to login to the iPhone app today and the green ‘continue’ button for ‘email login’ is inactive (gmail and apple login links are active but my account is setup under the email.) I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app form App Store and no change thanks for any help, Kev 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,077 Posted July 13, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted July 13, 2021 It looks as if the email field is hidden behind the green button. No idea if this helps, but you can try this: Go to iOS settings, display & brightness or accessibility Reduce the system text size Try again If it works now, log in. You can then reset the text size to your normal setting. If it does not work, contact support https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 2 Link to comment
Solution Selfkev2002 1 Posted July 13, 2021 Author Solution Share Posted July 13, 2021 Thanks, that want the issue but got me looking at the UI anew and it could be classed as user error and my feedback to Evernote would be poor affordnace in the design standards - what looks like a title ‘Email’ is actually an interactive field which is out of content of a screen of buttons to access the function - unnecessary confusion Evernote, intruiged by your user testing scenarios 😉 Link to comment
