Tagging subsets of a note

Hi all, is it possible to tag a subset of a note? e.g. a sentence, or paragraph?

It would be a game changer for me!

Only way to do it at this point is to roll your own using the underscore, _.  Adding _tagname in the note wherever you want it.  Then searching for _tagname will find notes with the "tag" and Ctrl+F will find _tagname within a note if need be.  Not pretty per se, some maintenance issues, but can work.  Onus is on the user.

Or even use an emoji style icon which is easier to see and can also easily be searched for
