As a workaround, when you change the order of shortcut items in the Mac client by simply dragging it up or down (I assume it does the same in Windows and maybe in the web client), the new sequence will be reflected in the iOS client as well. And if you have the shortcuts as a widget in Home, it will reorder there as well. Not as good as changing it directly in iOS. Link to comment
