(Archived) ink to text/text to ink

I did a search and did not find anything on this subject..which is: when a note is created on a tablet in ink and you than like to edit on desktop(non-ink) typing, I do not see a method for that to happen.(as you can do with one note)

It does not seem to work in reverse either, if a note was created with text, I can not add ink to edit.

I am sure I am missing something easy...any help would be great.
