The word file I upload doesn't show the whole name

As the image below, the name show in evernote is all the same, I can't recognize what is the exact file I want to open, please help, thank you. 🙂

Hi.  There's nothing to help within Evernote,  but you could add a table to your notes and have the file link in one column,  and copied and pasted titles and summaries in the other?
