Hi. I'm logged in normally, so whatever your issue is could be due to a slow network connection or some such. Maybe restart your device and try again? If you need to come back with more queries, please confirm what version of Evernote and Windows you're using.
@Yutssssss EN has a device limit of 2 devices for the Basic plan. When you exceed it, access for any next device will be blocked.
Go to your account settings and check the devices tab. If more than 2, you need to unsync the devices above the cap.
If you want to add a new device, you need to be down to 1.
Curious... it says "Feel free to close this window and proceed"....did you try that?
3 month later and a forum user with exactly 1 post - 3 months before.
We can wait and will see (probably nothing).
