New IPad. Old Evernote Account Gone

I have a new iPad and I tried accessing my Evernote account.  I was asked if I wanted to open it with my Apple ID.  I said yes and now I am being asked to set up a new account.  All my notes are gone and I need them.  Help!

You created a second with your Apple Id
Your notes can still be accessed using the correct id/password   
Log out, then log back in with your other id
