Unable to access my en account

When I try to open EN it shows a screen saying "Try it (tasks) free during early access".  It will not let me get to my notes.  It is stuck on this screen.  It will not even let me TRY IT FREE!  I am paying for premium service and getting no service.  Help!  There is important info that I cannot access.

You probably use an iPhone (you don’t tell …).

Go to settings, display & brightness or accessibility, and reduce the system text size.

The button to quit the screen will appear (in most cases).
