Issue to open Evernote on iPhone 12.

Yesterday I tried to use my Evernote application, installed on iPhone 12 and was used many times before, and I reach the problem that I cannot get around.

I submit my question on the Evernote page in Facebook, but no answer appeared. Please see below two of my messages to Evernote and attached screenshots (this is only what I can get when I try to open Evernote on my iPhone), and if anybody could give me any suggests I will be very appreciate.

 

I want to mention that I read Evernote's "Help & Learning" and reinstall application several times.

 

"Today I tried to use my Evernote, but it was impossible, because a message about Tasks Early Access appeared (as I understood it will be a replacement for the current version of Evernote), I read it and...I could not go further. This info message does not let me open Evernote. I had reinstall it, but no changes and info message still prevent to use Evernote.

Please suggest

 

Today I found out that Evernote cannot be opened on my iPhone (I am Evernote user from 2013). No one from Evernote team even try to contact me. It is looks like that Basic (free) version does not exists anymore. Could anybody give me any suggest. Please do not offer me to use help link, I already went there and it does not help. Let me know if any chat possible with Evernote professional."

You have large text enabled in the iPhone settings.

Go to iOS settings, display & brightness or accessibility, and reduce the text size.

Once you did it, you can reach the missing button.

You can restore it later to its original setting.

Thank you, Pink Elephant!!  I was having the same issue and about to reach my frustration threshold!  This totally worked for me.
