Possible Bug: When add an image in a note, it's still blinking

Hello,

I'm using Evernote in web browser Chrome version  91.0.4472.101, and when a add an image (attachment or simple Crtl+v) in a note. After I do this and a write a text and put it with "Bulleted list", or "Numbered list", or "Checklist" the image that I pasted it's goes blinking and I cannot use that image to see the real information. If I remove those lists or the checklist from the text, the image stop blinking and goes normal. Maybe this is a bug.  Thanks!

Did you find any solutions to this? It's been ongoing for me for over a year.

Can't reproduce what was reported in the initial post. Web Client on Mac, Safari 16, EN web 10.47.
