Evernote on Windows- folders not accessible. How to contact customer service by phone?

I depend on Evernote for work and home note integration. Using version 6.5 desktop version ( windows) . I had been hesitant to to covert to the version 10 given the many issues noted by users.  Currently the  desktop version( and it happened all of a sudden)  has no accessibility to my folders. I need help to access them. I have emailed  EN support and have a ticket. But no contact till now. Is there a telephone number to contact customer service directly?  I need help ASAP. Thanks.
