Kaylyn 0 Posted June 7, 2021 Share Posted June 7, 2021 I am unable to log in/sync on my phone because it is detecting my current phone as two devices (one iphone listed as active, one listed as used <1 hour ago). This means no matter which one I unsync, I will be logged out and face the same problem again and again unless I upgrade. Since I only use it on two devices, I really don't need to upgrade. Not sure how to fix this!! Help! Link to comment
